Actually, it’s not a hack, this feature is very much available in the WhatsApp. Something similar to the Read Receipts.
Though we’ve written about the Read Receipts earlier on the blog, I’ll brief you about it if you don’t have time to read it.
Recipe Receipts is a feature that was made available to WhatsApp a couple of years ago, you know these blue ticks that appear when someone read the message.
You can actually turn them off and prevent anyone from knowing whether you’ve read their messages or not.
But there’s a tradeoff to use the feature,
In order to prevent others from knowing that you’ve read their messages, if you disable the Read Receipts, you too won’t be able to know when others read your message.
So, how to hide from viewers list of other people’s WhatsApp Status?
If you disable the ‘Read Recipts’ it would also hide you from viewers list of other people’s WhatsApp Status.
The ‘Read Receipts’ option can be found under the Privacy section which can be found in the WhatsApp Account settings.
