There were Rumours of xiaomi launching Gaming smartphone from last few weeks, well seems like the rumor has got official.

Xiaomi has just launched the Black Shark smartphone, for gaming, officially in China. It is Xioami’s first ever Black Shark smartphone, the gaming phone that is priced approximately Rs 31000 (currency conversion).

The 5.99 inch Black Shark gaming smartphone is powered by Snapdragon 845, the most powerful chipset available in the market. It has a liquid cooling Technology implemented to the device since it is a gaming phone, which is quite a resource intensive task and makes the CPU a baking machine, the technology will help bring the CPU core temperature by up to 8° C.

Among others specs, it is backed by a huge 4000mAh battery, will come into two storage options, 64 GB /6GB RAM and 128 GB/8GB RAM. The phone runs on Android 8 Oreo.

The phone sports dual camera setup on the back, when is 12 MP, f/1.75 and the other is 20 MP, f/1.75. The front or the secondary camera is also at 20 MP, f/2.2.

The phone is also equipped with an image processing chip that comes with intelligent motion composition technology and dark scene detailed processing.

With Top-Notch specifications and looks like this, it surely is an unusual phone that has been launched in 2018. Targeted at hardcore gamers, the phone also comes bundled with a Gamepad.

The gamepad connects to the Smartphone via Bluetooth and is powered by a 340mAh battery. A single charge can deliver up to 30 hours of gaming experience. This gamepad will be bundled free of cost for the first 50000 black shirt smartphone buyers.

The gamepad can also be bought separately for approximately Rs 1800

Looking at the design, it’s surely not the best-looking smartphone are there in the market. But it is a nice phone that is targeted towards The Gamers, who mostly care about the performance of games on their smartphones, and which is the area this Smartphone puts more focus.

The phone has been launched in China and will be available from 13th of April which has already happened. Not sure how long will it take to reach other markets.
