Issues with Realme 3 Pro and there possible fixes

When we review the original are the Realme 1 smartphone, it was with Pogo, and it was called Oppo Realme 1.

Within a year, it released a couple of more smartphones, and after one and half years of its existence, the number has reached 5, actually X ( Realme x), and the next generation of X, the XT is going to be launched soon.

Anyway, in this article, we are talking about certain issues with the Realme 3 Pro, which was launched a couple of months ago.

Specifications of the Realme 3 Pro

Before we get into the details of the issues with Realme 3 Pro, let’s quickly go through its specifications.

The Realme 3 Pro is a 6.3 full HD smartphone with a dewdrop screen. The screen has Gorilla Glass 5 protection

The smartphone is powered by Snapdragon 710, has got a dual-camera setup with a 16 + 5 MP rear camera with a Sony IMX519 sensor.

It also has got a 64 MP Ultra HD mode, and the selfie camera is 25 MP. 4045mAh battery that supports VOOC Flash charge 3.0.

It has got Android 9.0 with color OS 6.0 on top of it. There are two variants available the 4GB+64GB variant is available at Rs 13999, and the 6 GB+128 GB variant is available at Rs 16999.

Issues with Realme 3 Pro and their possible fixes

Touch Screen issues

Some users reported that they are facing touch screen issues on their Realme 3 Pro smartphones.

The gestures are not getting registered, and the apps are not getting launched in single taps, they have to make multiple attempts to do that.

Possible fix

It could be because you have enabled the AI mode, which tries to reduce the power of smartphone for or longer battery life, this also the performance on the smartphone.

The quick fix would be to disable the mode until and update fixes the issue.

Frequent Bluetooth disconnection

Some users have also reported that the smartphone keeps on getting disconnected and reconnected again to the Bluetooth devices.

Possible fix

The Realme 3 Pro has got Bluetooth 5.0, which is pretty stable and power-efficient, but if you are still facing this disconnection issue, maybe resetting the smartphone can help.

Make sure you have a backup of your data on is smartphone before you restart your smartphone.

Before resetting the smartphone, you can also try restarting at and see if the problem goes away, or you can also try connecting with other Bluetooth devices to see if you are facing the same issue.

Frame drops in Full HD and 4K video recordings

When you try to record a full HD or 4K video in Realme 3 Pro, some users are reporting that they are seeing major frame drops resulting in a choppy video.

Possible fix

If you are not getting a smooth video recording in the Realme 3 Pro, you can try recording Again by disabling the EIS (Electronic Image Stabilization).

Straight white lines appear on the display

This issue can be found in any smartphone with a manufacturing defect. Straight white lines, or lines of any color, if it appears on the display of a smartphone, it is a manufacturing defect or something that happened after you drop your smartphone.

Possible fix

White lines on the display or any other hardware issue can not be solved, which software updates or merely resetting or restarting the smartphone.

You should visit the customer service center, or if the smartphone is under the replacement window (if you have bought it online), you should get it replaced.
