Smartphones have evolved so much in the last decade that we now have got Infinity display with wireless charging capability is more than three cameras on a single Smartphone and what not.

What is still missing, even in 2019, is better battery life for smartphones. It seems like it is going to take another few years for the Smartphone manufacturers to make a smartphone that can indeed last for a few days until then we have picked up some of the best Smartphones available in the market that has got the most extended battery life.

Before we get started with the list, this list is not in the order of best to worst. And mathematically, mobile phones with larger batteries would last longer, and phones with a smaller battery will have miserable battery life, but it is not right for every smartphone because other things can cause the smartphone battery is to drain faster. We will talk about this in detail after this list.

A lot of independent bodies have run several battery tests which involved flagship smartphones as well as budget phones. So, we are listing out best from each category so that it is easier for you to get this smartphone and not by their battery size.

Samsung Galaxy S10+ (Highest Flagship Category)

Samsung Galaxy 10 is the newest flagship Samsung has launched in the year 2019. And it is the first flagship smartphone from Samsung, and that has got a massive 4100 MH of the battery. Samsung Galaxy Note has 4000mAh

And with the power efficient chipset of Snapdragon 855, and with the optimisation of Samsung’s One UI, it is one of the best smartphones you can buy and also be assured that it has got the best battery performance available in a smartphone although it is going to be a little heavy on the pocket since it is around $1000.

If you love the iPhones, you may consider the iPhone Xs or Xs Max, but iOS devices usually aren’t good with battery life like the Android phones. Plus, you have a lot of choices in Android.

Huawei P20 Pro (Medium Flagship Category)

Like I said previously, smartphones with a larger battery, looks like it is the best smartphone with the best battery life, but it is not always the case, such as the Huawei P20 Pro has got 4000mAh battery, but still is better than many smartphones with even larger batteries.

The reason is it’s a flagship level smartphone, with a flagship level chipset inside it.

The flagship level HiSilicon Kirin 980 (7nm) is power efficiency. The smartphone is a flagship level; you get superb and display with three rear cameras and reverse wireless charging to top up someone else’s wireless charging capable smartphone.

Launched in the last quarter of 2018 it still makes it to the list of best battery life smartphones in 2019 — the smartphone cost around $550.

Xiaomi Poco F1 (Mid Range Category)

It is surprising that not a single list has included Poco F1 in their list of Smartphones with best battery life, The Poco F1 was launched in mid-2018, it’s an Ultimate flagship smartphone price in the mid-range segment.

The smartphone has a 4000mAh battery and is powered by Snapdragon 845 chipset which was the best one available in 2018. Everything about the smartphone is excellent apart from the design where it is quite mediocre.

But if you are looking for a smartphone with the best battery life and is also a flagship smartphone that is not priced heavily. Poco F1 could be it. Surprisingly I am still using this Smartphone in 2019 as my primary phone.

Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1 (Budget Category)

This super value to the money smartphone first launched in India in Association with Flipkart. The smartphone packs 5000 MH of battery and costs around $200 which is quite a steal for a smartphone like this.

Not only it has got a humongous battery it is powered by Snapdragon 636 processor has got a beautiful display. Also, the smartphone runs on stock Android having dual cameras at the back and a solid build.

The price you are going to pay for the smartphone makes it an even better deal. The 5000mAh battery can easily last you for two days on a single charge.

Moto E5 Plus

The Moto E5 plus from Motorola also makes it to the list because of its massive 5000mAh battery. This 12 costs around $200 and has got a bigger screen of 6-inch.

Even though the Chinese smartphone company Lenovo now owns Motorola, people still have a lot of trust in it rather than other Chinese Smartphone manufacturers such as a Xiaomi or even Lenovo itself.

Samsung Galaxy M20

This newly launched smartphone from Samsung is an online-only lineup with its M series, and it’s the second phone if its M series, the first one being M10 which is also a fantastic smartphone that is under 150 dollar (Rs 10000) price bracket.

The Samsung Galaxy M20 falls in the same $200 segment like the Asus Zenfone Max Pro M1. And it has got a 5000mAh battery which is pretty huge for a smartphone from Samsung that also knows how to optimize its software for better power management.

Which means the smartphone can get more out of an already humongous 5000mAh battery. If we or someone who is concerned about the brand they can go for Samsung Galaxy M20 as the best phone with the best battery life.

So this was the list of the best smartphones with fantastic battery life.

Another point I would like to make about having the best battery life from a smartphone. There are a lot of things you can do in a smartphone to get maximum battery life.

We have written a detailed article about how you can get the maximum out of your smartphone when it comes to battery life. A few tricks involve keeping the brightness level low since the display consumes the maximum power.

Other than that there could be a nasty or badly coded app that could drain the battery faster if you have such issues in your smartphone you can uninstall the app to get more battery backup
