YouTube is the largest video sharing website on the internet, but a lot of people use it for just listening to music.

Yes, YouTube does not allow to play music in the background, neither does it play videos when your smartphone screen is turned off, but, even in such case, people play the videos on their Smartphone and keep it aside to enjoy the music on it.

Here is the problem, YouTube does not offer any such feature that would let you play a music on repeat mode. Fortunately, there is a workaround and it’s quite simple.

How to play songs on Youtube in repeat mode

So, to play songs or videos on YouTube on repeat mode, you need to create a Playlist. The Playlist has an option of playing it on repeat mode, and it’s quite easy to create a playlist on YouTube.

Simply create a playlist, make it private if you do not want anyone else to see it, then add your music to it. On the playlist, you will get the option to play the music on repeat mode.

You need to tap on the repeat mode icon and you are good to go.

You can always add or remove videos from your playlist, so the next time you want to listen to something else you can put it in the playlist and you are good to go.

How to play songs on youtube on repeat mode using an app

Well, if you do not want to do it the playlist ways you can definitely do it with using a third-party app.

Musepic is an app that is available on the Play Store. It is actually an app that will let you play the YouTube videos in a popup mode,  which means a small popup window will play the YouTube video floating on your screen, to close it you will have to drag it down at the bottom near the home screen.

One of its features is to play videos on repeat,  so this app fits in pretty well for this purpose.

Also, keep in mind that the videos will keep playing in a popup window and the screen cannot be turn off, because it is against the terms and conditions of YouTube to play videos with the screen turned off.
