Open YouTube on your browser and search for the video you want to download. In the address for if it isn’t already m.youtube.com, you can change it so that you get a URL starting like this. m.youtube.com/abc.
Get the following URL, and you are on your particular video. You need to make changes to the URL in the address bar again. Change the m.youtube.com part to www.youtubepaw.com, keeping rest of the URL the same, and tap enter.
You will be redirected to Vidpaw.com, do a web app that lets you download videos from YouTube.

I would recommend this method if you download YouTube videos frequently because it saves a few steps every time you download them. Mostly these apps also support downloading videos from other social media sites.

Tapping on TubeMate will open the TubeMate app. You will select a resolution from the list of options, select it, and then Tab on the download icon to start downloading the video.
Vidmate
Vidmate is another useful app for downloading videos from social media sites, including Facebook and YouTube. You can download the APK file for the app from its official website, install it on your mobile phone.
You can download YouTube videos by applying the same steps mentioned for TubeMate, or you can copy the video URL and paste it into the search bar that appears on the top of the Vidmate app.

Snaptube
Snaptube app is one of my favorite apps to download videos from social media sites.
I mostly use this app for downloading a particular video that is going viral. Then I make changes to it in my favourite video editor for Android Indian post it again on my social media channels.
